At Marketplace Distri we're looking for a key account manager for the German market - to join our team at the headquarters in Lucca (Tuscany)

Marketplace Distri is active in developing brands on an international level, both for B2B and B2C markets, especially focusing on improving their performance on Amazon.

Tasks

Business Development
- Find the best way to grow business
- Manage Business Development for the Amazon Vendor Business
- Find the right way to start with new clients (End-to-End Solution or only some bricks)
- Present Distri 2.0 to potential suppliers, usually in virtual meetings or phone calls
- Agree on conditions and signing Distribution Agreements
- Work out catalogues with prospect suppliers which meet MPD catalogue requirements
- Lead contract closure
- Clarify operational topics
- Keep documentation of activities in Pipedrive

Account Management
- Carry on meeting suppliers on a regular basis
- Present business development, usually in virtual meetings
- Be the first contact person for customers
- Define and execute action plans with suppliers, including budget allocation for marketing activities and price discounts
- Negotiate terms of conditions, no operational topics

**Requirements**:

- Minimum three years experience in a commercial role
- Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
- Showable interest within the E-commerce market/ Digital marketing
- Preferably expertise in selling marketing solutions/ marketing services
- Open-minded team player
- You have excellent negotiation skills and are a strong relation-builder with internal and external stakeholders
- You are a result-focused sales, not a chit chatter
- You are an influencer: a Professional, with knowledge and expertise to share
- Attitude. Have fun, all the time
- Great Listener: Listens to solutions and analyses opinions objectively to do what is best for the company
