REPORTING CONSOLIDATION AND PLANNING ANALYST

To support the teams who are powering this ecosystem we have a global Corporate division consisting of departments including Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Strategy, Human Resources, Central Services and PR and Communications.
Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented Reporting Consolidation and Planning Analyst to join the Controlling Consolidation team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:
Location: Our office in Zola Predosa (BO)
Department Size: 5 (Approx.)
Reporting into: Head of Controlling Consolidation
Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
- Manage the overall reporting process of the monthly results & Forecasts to the new Board
- Work closely with business partners and finance team to ensure monthly input of financial reporting and analysis
- Map and deliver all reports required after the completion
- Standardize and harmonize reports to be shared with the Board
- Update Trade and carve-out historical figures on a quarter basis after the deal signing
- Design and automate a process to obtain a carved-out financials for separate business
- Support Administration department in setting up the new reporting software
- Design and propose report aligned with the SLA reporting to the new Board & external investors agreed
The type of person we are looking for:
- 5+ years of related working experience in a multinational corporate environment, ideally in a matrix structure, including at least 3 years of relevant FP&A work experience
- Strong background in building, analyzing and delivering Board reporting
- Excellent skills in problem solving
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build good relationships with stakeholders at all levels of management.
- Ability to take personal accountability for decisions made and anticipate internal and external business issues that may impact organizational results
- Influence others / put across his/her views in a respectful and professional manner
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines, and balance multiple priorities and still contribute thoughtful and high-quality work products
- Aptitude to grasp complex issues with the ability to simplify wherever possible
- Mature, discipline, high degree of integrity and work ethics, self-motivated, independent
- Confidence and ability to interact with Senior Management and experience of presenting at the executive level
- Proactive and able to show initiative to constantly improve finance processes in partnership with other finance team leaders.
