**Job Description Summary**: Avenza Buyer will be a key role in Aero Alliance Avenza Service Site organization.

She/He will be responsible to manage the buying process.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Place and follow-up on purchase orders/purchase order requisition.
- Manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution.
- Manage problems and schedule changes.
- Update ERP.
- Working with Warehouse to resolve material receipt issues
- Responsible to resolve invoicing issues
- Responsible for procurement follow up and expediting management
- Manage and facilitate daily/weekly conference calls with suppliers

**Qualifications / Requirements**
- Buyer background
- Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (Oracle)
- Accurate data entry skills
- Strong attention to details
- Reading, writing and speaking fluency in Italian and English languages
- EU work permit

**Desired Characteristics**
- Knowledge of Aero-derivative gas turbine products
- Ability to interact with all levels and functions of the organization
