**SCIB is looking for an M&A ANALYST, based in our MILAN office.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As an **M&A ANALYST **, you will help us in different fronts:

- Performing research and analysis of industries/companies, and developing marketing ideas and materials
- Support in the preparation of company profiles / teasers / marketing presentations / InfoMemos and other transaction documentation
- Analysis of companies’ reports / reclassification of financial statements / definition of key financial indicators
- Support in the construction of Business Plan(s) understanding the key drivers of the business
- Coordination of other advisors and relations with clients / counterpart in the context of the execution of M&A transactions

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Master degree in economics / finance / business administration
- Prior experience (as trainee or analyst) in M&A in banks or boutiques
- Ability to timely deliver under pressure
- Attitude to multitasking and working in team
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Fluency in English
