Gi Group SpA, Agenzia per il Lavoro, leading company of the labour market, Banking&Insurance Division, on behalf of Zurich banking area, is looking for:
IT Auditor

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Build an in-depth understanding of standards and methodology used;
Develop own business and IT acumen and continuous understanding of developments and emerging risks;
Provide specific risk input to the development of the audit plan;
Take part and bring relevant IT perspective to business process audit engagements, providing assurance on IT related risks;
Perform IT audit engagements managing activities from beginning to end (planning, fieldwork and reporting) and document audit results in line with the standards under the supervision of the Chief Audit Executive;
Discuss & agree audit reports and corrective actions with senior management and ensure agreed actions are tracked and implemented
Report and escalate risks and issues as appropriate
Develop own knowledge and business awareness by reviewing available resources and interacting with multiple stakeholders

Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Information Technology
At least 3-5 years of experience working in an internal audit department of a Bank or Big 4 dealing with clients operating in the financial services industry
International Certification (CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISM, CSX) will be a plus. If not owned an International certification must be gained following the hiring

Competencies and Skills
Knowledge of principles of internal controls, processes, assessment and design of compliance testing
Understanding of the financial services industry, especially financial advisory network business and its underlying IT infrastructures
Knowledge of controls around technology management including new technology (Robotics, API, Cloud, Data Loss Prevention, Cyber)
**Experience in audits in one or more of the following areas**: Change Management, Configuration & Release, Service Management, Incident & Problem Management, IT security, Business Continuity Management, Third Party Management, Outsourcing
Understanding of Industry, key markets, participants, innovation drivers, business issues, standards and guidelines, regulatory environment and developments
Ability to implement data analytics techniques to support audit work
Knowledge of the Italian regulation framework (eg Bank of Italy)
Analytical & critical thinking
Flexibility & Collaboration attitude
Communication effectiveness
Ability to make good and fair relationship with audited people/business
Fluent in English and Italian
