Il Milan Marriott Hotel è alla ricerca di un **Guest Experience Agent**,**ruolo chiave all'interno dei nostri hotel. È la prima impressione che un ospite avrà all'arrivo in struttura; pertanto, l’obiettivo è fornire all’ospite un'accoglienza calda, amichevole e disponibile. Il servizio che l’ospite riceverà dal momento in cui arriverà in struttura, durante tutto il soggiorno fino a quando se ne andrà sarà estremamente importante e strategico.

**PROFILO DEL CANDIDATO**

La figura del **Guest Experience Agent** sarà inserita all’interno del nuovo team di Guest Experience per portare avanti la nostra missione di massima soddisfazione del cliente e l’obiettivo di far vivere un’esperienza luxury. Ogni hotel rispecchia la cultura e la storia del luogo che lo ospita e il team di Guest Experience sarà incaricato di creare e coordinare esperienze personalizzate per gli ospiti più esigenti.
Questo ruolo riporterà al Guest Experience Supervisor e Guest Experience Manager della struttura.

**ATTIVITA’ LAVORATIVE PRINCIPALI**
- Rappresentare l’hotel con aspetto e uniforme impeccabili
- Identificare il profilo di VIP, CIP, Marriott Bonvoy elite members, HNWI, Media Influencers, celebrità, personaggi pubblici, ecc.
- Coordinare le fasi di pre-arrival, stay e check-out
- Essere il link tra l’ospite e tutti i reparti
- Conoscere i vari servizi dell’hotel ed essere sempre aggiornati su offerte, promozioni, eventi, menu e sui diversi standard di servizio di ogni area
- Avere l’iniziativa di offrire tutti i servizi dentro e fuori dell’hotel
- Creare un’esperienza memorabile per gli ospiti
- Completare reports di richieste amministrative, housekeeping, manutenzione, IT, controllo finanziario e qualità.
- Mantenere riservatezza, proteggere la struttura e i beni aziendali
- Conoscere e rispettare le procedure interne e gli standard di sicurezza e emergenza

**REQUISITI**
- Minimo un anno di esperienza in uno dei reparti di Front Office, F&B, Banqueting, Housekeeping.
- Buone capacità comunicative
- Entusiasta, affidabile, proattivo/a, orientato/a a pensare fuori dagli schemi e trovare soluzioni
- Capacità di lavorare in team e avere un approccio sempre positivo
- Abilità comprovata di interfacciarsi regolarmente con gli ospiti dell’hotel e con i colleghi/responsabili degli altri reparti (recensioni scritte o appreciation letter)
- Lingua inglese (Ottimo livello scritto e parlato). La conoscenza di un’altra lingua è gradita
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office.

The Milan Marriott Hotel is looking for a **Guest Experience Agent**, a key role within our hotels. This is the first impression a guest will have upon arrival at the property; therefore, the goal is to provide the guest with a warm, friendly and helpful welcome. The service the guest will receive from the moment they arrive at the property, throughout their stay until they leave will be extremely important and strategic.

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**

The **Guest Experience Agent** position will be embedded within the new Guest Experience team to further our mission of maximum customer satisfaction and the goal of delivering a luxury experience. Each hotel reflects the culture and history of its host location, and the Guest Experience team will be charged with creating and coordinating personalized experiences for discerning guests.
This role will report to the Guest Experience Supervisor and Guest Experience Manager of the property.

**MAIN JOB ACTIVITIES**
- Represent the hotel with impeccable appearance and uniform
- Identify the profile of VIP, CIP, Marriott Bonvoy elite members, HNWI, Media Influencers, celebrities, public figures, etc.
- Coordinate the pre-arrival, stay and check-out stages
- Be the link between the guest and all departments
- Be familiar with the hotel's various services (restaurants, spa, pool) and stay up-to-date on offers, promotions, events, menus and the different service standards of each area
- Have the initiative to offer all services inside and outside the hotel
- Create a memorable experience for guests
- Complete reports of administrative, housekeeping, maintenance, IT, financial and quality control requests.
- Maintain confidentiality, protect the facility and company assets
- Know and adhere to internal procedures and safety and emergency standards

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum one year of experience in one of the departments of Front Office, F&B, Banqueting, Housekeeping.
- Good communication skills
- Enthusiastic, reliable, proactive, oriented to think outside the box and find solutions
- Ability to work in a team and always have a positive approach
- Proven ability to interface regularly with hotel guests and with colleagues/managers in other departments (written reviews or appreciation letter)
- English language (Good written and spoken level). Knowledge of another language is appreciated
- Good knowledge of Office package.
