**Tirocinio Technical Regulatory - Qualità**:
La persona si colloca in area Qualità e Sicurezza Alimentare e si occupa di Technical Regulatory. La persona nel suo ruolo interagirà con diverse funzioni aziendali e non, tra cui le altre funzioni di Qualità, Marketing, enti esterni. La sede di lavoro principale sarà Modena Caseifici.
**Queste le attività principali che dovrà presidiare**:
verifiche etichettatura, verifiche nuovi claim, liste ingredienti nuovi prodotti, aggiornamenti legislativi
gestione delle specifiche tecniche qualità dei prodotti e gestione degli aspetti qualità in anagráfica
interfaccia con gli enti di riferimento per gli aspetti legati all’etichettatura dei prodotti
**Requisiti**:
Laurea triennale in scienze e tecnologie alimentari, scienze biologiche, chimica e/o affini
Conoscenza del pacchetto Office e dimestichezza con i principali strumenti informatici
**Durata del tirocinio**: 6 mesi con rimborso spese di 700€
**Sede di lavoro**: Modena con possibili spostamenti su altra sede del Gruppo di Modena, in affiancamento al tutor.
