Bioinformatician Position On An Erc-funded Project

**Main responsibilities**:
Analysis of a variety of NGS datasets, including RNA-Seq, scRNA-Seq, ChIP-seq, and spatial transcriptomic
Full integration within the SR-TIGET Bioinformatics Core and the Center for Omics Sciences (COSR) at the San Raffaele Scientific Institute
Critical interpretation of the results
Discussion of project results at internal and external meeting
A solid foundation in Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data analysis
Proven experience with established bioinformatic and biostatistical tools (e.g., R, Bioconductor)
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Bash
Interest in developing new computational methods to study the biology of hepatocytes
Experience with single-cell and spatial transcriptomics analysis is a plus, though not required

- Type of contract: renewable fixed-term contract (“a tempo determinato”)
- Duration: 1 year
- Place of work: IRCCS San Raffaele Hospital, Via Olgettina, number 60 - Milan (Italy)
