We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team in Barge (CN). Reporting to the TA Manager you will work in a uniquely high-performing, inclusive and collaborative working culture.

- ** Industrial Process** (“IP”) designs and manufactures pumps, valves, monitoring and control systems, water treatment and aftermarket services for the chemical, oil and gas, mining and other industrial process markets, as well as global service capabilities. IP is based in Seneca Falls, N.Y.
- ** Connect and Control Technologies** (CCT) designs and manufactures harsh-environment connector and critical energy absorption and flow control components primarily for the aerospace, defense and industrial markets. CCT is based in Valencia, CA.

- Experience or coursework in full-life cycle recruiting and hiring.
- Strong interest in employer branding strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability in the usage of Linkedin and knowledge of local job boards.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office in particular Excel and PPT.
- Experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry is a plus.
