Talent Acquisition Specialist

**What is your role?**

For our largest Value Center Motion Technologies, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist to join our Talent Management team in Barge (CN). Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work in a uniquely high-performing, inclusive and collaborative working culture, with responsibility for the Talent Acquisition area for Motion Technologies and ITT.

**Key Responsabilities**:
In this role, you will proactively support in attracting top talent, managing recruitment processes, and driving employer branding initiatives. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, innovating recruitment strategies, and contributing to employer branding efforts..

Key responsibilities:

- Contributing to the design and rollout of initiatives aimed at promoting an exceptional hiring experience for all stakeholders involved.
- Proactively supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager in the implementation of the employer branding strategy through a variety of online and offline communication channels.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service, becoming their go-to TA adviser.
- Championing diversity and inclusion: Working collaboratively to attract diverse talent and foster a welcoming, inclusive recruitment process.
- Leveraging data and analytics: Tracking recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and driving continuous process efficiency.
- Staying ahead of the curve: Staying updated on industry trends and proactively mapping talent across the industry.

**What will make you our perfect match?**
- Bachelor's degree educated with a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar role within an international working environment.
- Proven experience in engineering will be highly regarded.
- Familiarity with ICIMS would be advantageus.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, coupled with the ability to build relationships and influence across all organizational levels.
- Dedication to diversity and inclusion, with a commitment to fostering equitable teams.
- Possesses a keen eye for detail and maintains a highly organized approach to work
