**_Finance Sales Admin Intern_**.

**Your mission**:
Support Sales Administration executing and monitoring activities related to Customers, in interaction with Supply Chain, Logistic Provider, Shared Service Centre, Sales Force.

**Responsibilities**:
**_ Your day to day with us:_**
- Support the growth of Traditional Trade Channel in Sales Administration, with focus on new products
- Supervisor support for billing month closing activities
- IBM process review, with analysis for Dispute, Billing (to identify and evaluate the tasks in scope)
- PBI Process review, simplification and automation
- Policies, DTP, Key Control and process updates.
- Reinforce To Sales Administration in High season (Customer & Price Masterdata, Billing, Dispute..)
- Support the projects for simplification and automations implementations with IT and Iberia interaction (tests & analysis).

Qualifications:

- Fluent in both, English and Italian
- Results delivery approach

- Willing to learn new things
- Adaptability in a changing environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel at first
