**Position Summary**
Join the Information Technology Operations team as a Business Analyst. This team is responsible for delivering and supporting IT solutions for Nestlé's headquarters, factories, and distribution centers in Italy and Malta. The solutions include SAP ERP and Nestlé custom-developed solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with Information Technology Product Development, IT colleagues from other European countries, Factories and Supply Chain colleagues in Digital Transformation projects in Nestlé Italy. Additionally, you will work with offshore partners to provide SAP product support to Supply Chain users.

**A Day in the Life of IT Operations Business Analyst**
- Participate in ensuring the successful delivery of Digital Transformation projects by collaborating with local and international IT, Factories and Supply Chain colleagues, external partners/suppliers, and adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
- Support Factories and Supply Chain users in troubleshooting issues by collaborating with local and international IS/IT teams, including European support and offshore teams.
- Effectively communicate and engage with users in factories, distribution centers, and the Head Quarter to proactively address service activities.
- Timely and accurately deliver SAP configurations and reports to the IS/IT project manager.

**What will make you successful?**
- Warehouse Management (WM/EWM), Plant Maintenance (PM) and Quality Management (QM) knowledge is a plus
- 2/3 years of experience as Business Analyst is a must
- Strong knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM) and Sales & Distribution (SD)
- Familiarity with SAP interfacing with external Warehouse Management Systems
- Fluent in Italian and English
