**PROJECT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER **- ENERGIE RINNOVABILI**
L'Azienda per cui stiamo lavorando si occupa dello sviluppo, costruzione e gestione di grandi impianti rinnovabili in Italia (fotovoltaico, eolico e BEES).
La risorsa si occuperà di:
- Supervisionare gli studi preliminari e coordinare tutti i team di progetto e i fornitori di servizi esterni;
- Selezionare fornitori di servizi e coordinarsi e interfacciarsi con loro durante le fasi di autorizzazione e la fase costruzione;
- Elaborare la documentazione amministrativa durante il processo autorizzativo e presentarla alle autorità competenti al fine di coordinare il processo amministrativo e fornire i chiarimenti necessari e garantire l'ottenimento dell’autorizzazione finale;
- Partecipare alle conferenze di servizi, alle riunioni e dialogare costantemente con le amministrazioni e il gestore di rete al fine di assicurare il rilascio di tutte le autorizzazioni nei tempi previsti;
- Stabilire i budget di sviluppo per ogni progetto e garantire il rispetto delle tempistiche dei CAPEX e delle tempistiche fino all'ottenimento dell’autorizzazione finale;
- Supportare il business development nell’acquisizione e identificazione di progetti o opportunità di partnership per l'acquisizione di nuove iniziative;
- Partecipare ad attività di M&A e alla negoziazione durante operazioni di acquisto degli asset;
- Supportare il business development nelle negoziazioni dei diversi contratti (terreni, allacciamenti, SPA e patti parasociali), in collaborazione con partner locali avvalendosi di funzioni di supporto interne e di fornitori di servizi esterni.
Si richiede:
- Laurea quinquennale in Ingegneria;
- Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in progetti di sviluppo fotovoltaico o eolico;
- Buona conoscenza degli aspetti tecnici di base e buona conoscenza del mercato italiano in materia;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
