**What you will be doing**
As Growth Director you will be responsible for our consumers and merchants growth by working on acquisition, retention and engagement on all European markets working closely with our business intelligence and product teams and reporting to the CMO.
In particular you will:
- Build and own the growth strategy for both consumers and merchants full funnel with an obsession for funnel optimization
- Ensure strategy execution across all relevant channels: performance marketing, CRM, lifecycle, promotions and referrals.
- Coordinate growth projects cross-functions with Tech, Business Intelligence, Business Development and Marketing team
- Build and recruit a high-performance team in a fast-paced environment that become a driver of creative energy and innovation for the company as a whole
- Build the lifecycle customers’ journey to increase activation, retention and engagement, while taking into account customers’ data, insights and product features
- Work with the product team to implement, update and improve all internal marketing automation tools
- Lead marketing automation operationally and culturally within the company

- 15+ years of experience with a background in growth marketing, product marketing, lifecycle, CRM, analytics, performance
- 5+ years in a leadership role with experience leading growth martech teams
- Experience in a fast paced environment, ideally in a marketplace or B2B2C environment
- Deeply analytical with a high degree of comfort being hands on with data and breaking down and solving complex, ambiguous problems
- Experience with CRM tools (ex. Braze, Iterable), Marketing Automation platforms, measurement tools, Ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for creating new data-centric experiments and utilising new marketing channels
- Wide data analytics & reporting experience in the product and marketing growth area
- CRO & in-app experimentation experience
- Has a track record of successful implementation of growth projects across the whole customer journey (from acquisition, through onboarding and retention actions)
- Excellent effective communication and presentation skills. English fluency is mandatory
- Italian, French, German are considered a plus
**Logistic & Salary**
The role is based in Milano. Business Trips may occur.
