**MAIN PURPOSE**

The Key Account Manager, Ext Boutiques and Corporate Gifts is an integral part of the Wholesale team of Montblanc Italy, reporting to the Wholesale & Corporate Gifts Director.

Their scope will be external boutiques (franchising), key accounts and corporate gifts.

**Key responsibility: Drive the Sell-out in stores**
- Monitoring sales on a weekly basis and ensuring strategic corrective actions are taken in order to achieve targets
- Providing weekly updates to Wholesale & Corporate Gifts Director on account needs and recommending action plans to enable reviews and approvals
- Being a key player in the preparation of the Annual Strategic Planning process, bringing client, market and business expertise to influence the upcoming sales campaign

**Key responsibility: Business Analysis**
- Daily, weekly and monthly analysis on business results (turnover, stock, sell out per retailer, per product etc.)
- Daily contact with external boutique partners
- Training coordination and schedule
- Evaluation of potential openings and partners
- Ad-hoc or strategic projects related to Business Analytic, Merchandising, and Strategic projects

**Key responsibility: Stakeholder relationship building/ Brand Ambassador role**
- Building close business relationships with key clients, to develop trust, by visiting in person, offering suggestions and expertise
- Stock and sales analysis discussion
- Ensuring VM follows high standards, in line with brand guidelines
- Monitoring the needs, feedback and requests of clients
- Marketing activity evaluation and reporting feedback to our MKT Team
- Events coordination

People managed: 2 in Wholesale head office support roles + 4 Sales Reps

**Essential qualifications, skills and profile include**:

- Business/University degree level or equivalent
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position
- Previous experience of people management required
- Experience working in a high volumes and high standards environment, ideally within the premium luxury sector
- Strongly sales and KPIs driven, while keeping in mind the end client
- Solid Training skills
- Good analytical skills to examine the business (Stock/ Sell-in/ Sell-out/ Stock turnover ratio) and able to propose opportunities and recommendation for further grow
- Good interpersonal skills to relate to all levels of POS staff: owners, buyers, retail staff and clients
- Excellent presentation skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint): Proficient and up-to-date level
- SAP system an advantage
- Can successfully cope with travelling lifestyle across Italy and Malta
- Likes to work in a dynamic environment
