**Business Development&Digital Marketing Manager**:**

We are looking for a Business Development&Digital Marketing Manager to join our Robotics&Discrete Automation business. You will contribute to local Division strategy definition and execution through the analysis and identification of new markets, segments and/or product solutions.

**This position reports to**:
Strategy Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Define customer needs for the portfolio, securing customer advantages and benefits as well as white spot analysis and connected strategies to penetrate the market. Develop and implement business strategies for newly defined areas in alignment with Division.
- Provide market intelligence examination in support of identification and development of new markets, (Key costumer) segments or solutions.
- Identify, guide or contribute to identification and acquisition opportunities to expand into the newly defined area. Collaborate with all related internal contacts to ensure alignment, efficiency and effectiveness in the implementation of the commercial strategy.
- Coordinate product marketing launch development plans. Ensure budget (volumes) and profitable growth targets are achieved.
- Develop digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs); identify trends and insight, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests; utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points; identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.

**Your background**:

- A Marketing, Economics or Engineering degree;
- At least 5 years in a similar role. Deep experience in key digital areas: Digital Marketing, Digital Products and Services, Digital Campaign Organization, Planning and Management, KPIs, and reporting across channels and tactics;
- Proven experience in planning and executing marketing and digital marketing strategies, campaigns and promotions in a multi-channel environment;
- Sound knowledge of automation or robotics market;
- Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken;
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in multicultural environment at different levels;
- Team working, customer orientation, proactive approach.
