On behalf of our esteemed Customer, Loro Piana, we are recruiting the following profile

**RETAIL PLANNER / LORO PIANA / MILAN**
- **Duties and responsibilities**:_
- Elaborates analysis on the main KPIs and implements the Sales Target by Area (114 DOS-WW) and by Product Category (RTW and Accessories)
- Works with the Retail Planning Manager for the definition of the Buying Budget (OTB) by Store/Category and Supports the Annual Budget definition process, working with the different Regions
- Collaborate with the Merchandising Team in the definition of the main Buying indicators such as sell-through target, buying depth, SKU n° definition
- Elaborates analysis of the orders, monitors sales compared to the target and the running forecast, proposing corrective actions when needed
- Previous experience in similar role, in a dynamic and international environment
- Strong analytical skills and propensity for planning and reporting
- Excellent computer literacy (Excel, etc.) and reporting tools (i.e. Business Object)
- Luxury product sensibility
- Fluent in English
- Precision, proactivity, problem solving skills, ability to combine big picture thinking with detail orientation
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
