Créateur, artisan et marchand d'objets de haute qualité, Hermès est, depuis ****, une maison française, familiale et indépendante qui emploie près de ****** collaborateurs dans le monde.Animé par un esprit d'entreprendre continu et une exigence constante, Hermès cultive la liberté et l'autonomie de chacun grâce à un management responsable.L'entreprise perpétue la transmission de savoir-faire d'exception par un ancrage territorial fort dans le respect des hommes et de la nature - source de matières d'exception.Seize métiers artisanaux irriguent la créativité de la maison dont les collections rayonnent dans près 300 magasins dans le monde.Hermès was born in Paris in **** as a laboratory of harnesses and saddles for horses: since then, six generations of artisans have explored new crafts, animated by a creative impulse, combined with beautiful and processed with care material.Today Hermès is an international group committed to innovation in a subtle harmony between past, present and future.It is a company founded on high standard values of dedication to excellence and authenticity of its objects.An independent family house that pursues its French artisan tradition: Hermès creates, sells and manufactures beautiful, useful and durable objects.The company brings together more than ****** employees in 50 countries; the Italian branch is located in Milan and provides the local support and management to the 10 Stores present in the country.Hermes Italie was born in **** with the first store in Milan, 21 via Sant'Andrea.Since then the branch was opened and the continuous growth lead to the current retail presence in the country: 10 stores, including 2 seasonal openings and 2 flagship stores, located in Milan and Rome.GENERAL ROLEThe Retail Supply Planner contributes to the performance of the stores and the quality of service to our clients by ensuring a coherent assortment and the right level of stock in the stores of our region.He/She will be responsible for the replenishment strategy between the Local Distribution Center (LDC) and the stores, optimizing stock levels through reorders and stock rebalancing.The objective is to ensure the right product is available at the right time to support sales.The Retail Supply Planner will be part of the Retail Merchandising team of Italy and will report to the Demand & Supply Planning Manager.He/She will work closely with the Retail Merchandising team, Operations, store stock managers, and logistics teams.The network includes:11 stores in Italy: Milan, Rome, Rome Jewelry, Florence, Venice, Turin, Padova, Bologne, Naples, Porto Cervo, Capri1 store in Greece: AthensThe position is based in the head office in Milan.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESDefine and implement the replenishment strategyDefine the replenishment process per Métier and per store in collaboration with operations and in-store stock teams;Set the optimal stock levels per SKU (min-max) to avoid stockouts and overstocking;Coordinate daily with stakeholders to provide visibility on deliveries and stock status;Share regular updates with the Demand & Supply Planning Manager and Retail Merchandising team, suggesting corrective actions (e.g., rebalancing, reorders).Monitor product life cyclesLiaise with Customer Service to ensure timely merchandise reception;Manage calendars for product launches, store openings, and events;Coordinate phase-out campaigns and destocking with Retail Merchandising and store teams.Manage permanent product ordersDefine min-max levels for Permanent Stocked Items (PSI) with the Retail Merchandising team;Analyze performance and sales forecasts to adjust stock levels;Support the buying process for Carried Over items (Porcelaine, Belts, Fashion Jewelry).Support the transition from Push to Pull modelAct as the main contact for the European project team during the LDC implementation;Translate market needs into new processes;Collect feedback from stores and ensure their needs are addressed;Participate in group projects (e.g., Cockpit, SAP Retail) and contribute to performance analysis with supply insights.PROFILEMaster's degree in Business Management; specialization in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus;4-6 years of experience in retail supply, product allocation, or logistics;Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to work with diverse stakeholders;Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented;Capable of managing tight deadlines and shifting priorities;Service-oriented and action-focused;Fluent in Italian and English; French is a strong advantage.HERMS ENGAGES...
