Job Description Summary:
Our business is continuously growing and expanding, and we are looking for a Head of Project Management (HPM) to manage the Project Management Office to support our company towards execution excellence.

The HPM will maintain and develop the processes and management systems to allow the project management team to work effectively and efficiently in the delivery of projects across our key markets (UK, Italy, Spain and Nordics).

**Job Description**:
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize and develop projects to be delivered according to the company’s business strategy- Planning project management with PMs, including setting targets and deadlines, prioritizing tasks, verifying that team members are assigned to various deliverables, monitoring budget and delivery risks- Accurately documenting the project's planning and execution, as well as documenting its scope, budget and progress- Drafting new and improving existing project management policies and processes, as well as project management standardization across the entire portfolio- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, budgets, policies and meeting deadlines- Quarterly reporting to top management and BoD on progress execution, action plan, resource allocation, KPIs advancement and associated risks

Key requirements- Fluent in English / C2 Level (Spanish and Italian a plus)- Master’s Degree in Economics or Engineering (or other relevant discipline)- Min 5 years of experience in Project Management + 2 years in a supervisory position (a previous experience in the renewable energy industry will be considered a plus)- A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, or similar (APM/Prince 2)- Willingness to travel to core markets (UK, Italy, Spain and Nordics)- Strong leadership, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Excellent organizational and technical skills- Independent, proactive and cooperative approach- Problem solving and flexible mindset- Awareness and comprehension of projects’ economics- A track record in the structuring and delivery of projects financed with project finance mechanisms is definitely a plus
