We are looking for Italian speakers to relocate to Bratislava in Slovakia and join our European Customer Services team to work closely with business customers and provide an exceptional level support and customer care. We also have exciting opportunities for Italian speakers in Finance and HR that we can consider you for.

**How you will do it**
- Act as customer’s main speaking partner, identify customer needs, resolve conflict, build and nurture customer relationship
- Secure the best supply solution for the customers, negotiate improved delivery dates with different factories, divide deliveries to accommodate customer demands
- Cooperate with sales representatives - communicate prices, specific agreements with customers, incoterms between the customer and the company
- Coordinate shipping instructions
- Register warranty claims and act as customer’s primary point of contact throughout the claim process
