Sotto la supervisione dell'Executive Chef di Gruppo Philip Chronopoulos, già due stelle Michelin al Palais Royal di Parigi e ora anche una stella al Palais Royal di Venezia, il Team è alla ricerca di un/una Pastry Chef de Partie, che coordinerà e supporterà la brigata di pasticceria_._

**Mission**:

- Principali Attività:_
- Preparazione di tutti i prodotti da pasticceria (biscotti, cioccolatini, piccola pasticceria), da distribuire nei vari Outlets dell’hotel
- Garantire che le materie prime siano di buona qualità e conservate correttamente
- Organizzazione del servizio pasticceria, stabilendo lo standard qualitativo di tutti i prodotti
- Supporto al reparto panetteria, all'occorrenza
- Occuparsi della pulizia e dell’ordine del reparto nel rispetto nelle norme HACCP

- Ottime competenze tecniche di pasticceria
- 2+ anni di esperienza in un ruolo simile
- Ottime capacità di adattamento ai cambiamenti
- Forte cultura aziendale e Atteggiamento propositivo
- Gradita ma non indispensabile la conoscenza di tecniche di panificazione
