As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the financial leadership and strategic oversight of our Starhotels properties in London. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance, and performance analysis, while supporting operational decision-making and contributing to the overall profitability and growth of the cluster.

Your responsibilities include:

- Oversee all accounting and financial operations across the three London hotels.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Develop and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts in collaboration with the Hotel Managers and the Cluster General Manager and department heads.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to improve financial performance.
- Monitor and optimize working capital and cash flow.
- Act as a key business partner to hotel management, providing financial insights to support strategic decisions.
- Support the Group Finance team in corporate reporting and strategic initiatives.
- Implement and maintain robust internal control systems.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Safeguard financial assets and ensure legal documentation is up to date.
- Lead and mentor the finance team.
- Promote professional development and ensure high standards of performance and integrity.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment aligned with Starhotels’ values.

**Requisiti**:
Exceed expectations revealing:

- A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Financial Controller role within the luxury or upscale hospitality sector.
- Proven experience managing multi-site hotel operations.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
