Generali Investments Holding S.p.A. guarantees a solid framework of services designed to support various asset management activities. Key elements include back office activities, organized to provide maximum efficiency; advanced reporting systems and sophisticated technological infrastructures. The company also acts as a holding company, retaining share capital in the boutiques and Generali Investments’ companies.

Procurement & Logistics is responsible for the sourcing of product and services within the Business Unit: Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management and Procurement Operations for IT, Indirect and Market Data categories. The Unit is split across three different cities (Milan, Rome and Paris) and operates in several Countries, primarily Italy, France and Germany.
- Define and maintain Procurement processes and interacts with Audit and Compliance Functions. Monitor the implementation of Group guidelines and coordinate with Group Procurement them on cross topics.
- Coordinate the evolution of the Digital Roadmap of the Function.
- Work on the continuous improvement of the Procurement processes.
- Perform negotiations with suppliers of professional services.
- Design\evolve and consistently update the Procurement KPI dashboard. Responsible for all reporting towards the Top Management, Internal Customers and the Quality of data collected.

**Requirements**:

- Master Degree in Engineering or Economics
- Excellent data analysis skills and understanding of digital technology (RPA, NLP, etc.).
- Excellent PMO capabilities.
- Good experience in the procurement of professional services at international level.
- Knowledge of the Market Data \ Info Provider will be considered a plus.
- Good knowledge of the Procurement processes, both operational and strategic.
- Italian and Fluent English are minimum requirements, additional languages (French/ German) will be considered a plus
- Good communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Negotiation skills
- Organizational skills
