In un’ottica di potenziamento della propria struttura ci ha incaricato di cercare un Procurement and Sourcing Specialist che avrà in gestione il reparto Supply e si occuperà di migliorare l’efficienza operativa e di contribuire alla realizzazione, al successo ed all’organizzazione di progetti. **Il tuo nuovo ruolo** L’attività comprende: - Sviluppare e implementare strategie di approvvigionamento locali in linea con il business globale. - Collaborare con i team di approvvigionamento globali per sfruttare le sinergie e allinearsi alle politiche di approvvigionamento aziendali. - Contribuire allo sviluppo e all'implementazione di strategie SCM complete sotto la guida del responsabile SCM. - Negoziare contratti e accordi con i fornitori per ottenere risparmi sui costi, garanzia di qualità e conformità ai requisiti normativi. - Supporto nell’ottimizzazione dei processi all’interno del sito. - Condurre ricerche di mercato per identificare potenziali fornitori. - Gestire il processo end-to-end di approvvigionamento, inclusa la preparazione e la valutazione delle offerte, e consigliare le migliori opzioni in termini di rapporto qualità-prezzo. - Monitorare e analizzare i costi di approvvigionamento locale, identificando opportunità di riduzione dei costi senza compromettere la qualità e la conformità. - Collaborare con il Team Quality Assurance, garantendo il rispetto delle normative locali. **Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo** - Laurea in Business Administration ed affini. - 5-7 anni di esperienza in Supply Chain, preferibilmente nel settore Food and Beverage. - Conoscenza delle principali normative. - Inglese avanzato, scritto e parlato. - Laurea in Business Administration ed affini.
