Introduction

The Challenge
- Provide support to the Financial Manager in completing assigned tasks during month-end closing (BS reconciliation, P&L analysis, etc.).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports based on the Financial Manager's instructions.
- Support the Finance Manager in executing and monitoring plans, managing budgets, and reporting on achievements.
- Assist team members during the month-end closing process.
- Actively contribute to the improvement and optimization of business processes and procedures.
- Lead or contribute to local projects to further improve operations within the finance department.
- Support the Regional Head of Finance in gathering requirements across the region for SAP implementation.
- Contribute to SAP implementation across various phases of the project depending on specific needs.

What are we looking for?
- A minimum of 3-4 years of prior experience as a Financial Controller or Auditor.
- Strong knowledge of international and national accounting principles (IFRS, ITA GAAP).
- Keen interest in the implementation of management systems and the ability to work in a dynamic and growing environment.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
- Knowledge of key processes within the finance department.
