Job Position: Quality Engineer (Intern) - Projects BU

Business Unit/Country: Projects BU - HV & Submarine

Location: Milan Headquarters, with potential traveling abroad

**Requirements**:

- Engineering master degree (preferably in energy, mechanical, management, electrical, civil engineering
- English fluent, written and spoken.
- Knowledge of additional languages and knowledge of quality management principles and techniques will be a plus.

Role overview and context

Key Accountabilities

As Quality Engineer (Intern) you will work within the Quality & HSE team of the Projects BU.

You will have the opportunity to gain technical knowledge of our products and our business, supporting the Quality team (in particular the Project Quality Managers) in performing activities relevant to the whole project lifecycle, e.g.:

- Project and customer requirements analysis
- Definition and follow up during project execution of the project quality strategy and preparation of the relevant project quality assurance and control procedures, liaising with customers, project team (mainly project management, system design, R&D, marine/land installation), plant quality teams
- Metrics and reporting collection and analysis
- auditing
- Tender packages preparation (customer requirements analysis and preparation of required documents reflecting the project strategy in terms of QA and QC)
- suppliers and subcontractors quality procedures evaluation and performance analysis during execution
- non conformity management, root cause analysis, corrective actions and follow up
- improvement activities relevant to project and head office processes.

In working within the Quality and HSE department, you will have also the opportunity to improve your knowledge of H&S, Environmental and sustainability topics.
