Contract Management Intern

Location: Milan
Reporting to: Head of Contract Management

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Contract Management Intern to join our team in Milan. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing contractual aspects of international projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, minimize risks, and contribute to the success of our projects.

What You’ll Do
As a Contract Management Intern, you will:
- Assist in reviewing and summarizing contracts and related documentation.- Support the setup and maintenance of project databases and governance tools.- Help draft and review contractual correspondence, documents, and amendments.- Participate in internal meetings and contribute to team discussions.- Assist in preparing reports and contract-related presentations.- Support the implementation of contract management processes and tools.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Language Skills:
- Law degree.- Spanish: professional or native-level fluency.- English: strong written and spoken skills.- German or French is a plus.

Competencies & Attributes:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.- Effective communicator and team player.- Interest in contract management and international projects.
