About The Role
We are looking for a motivated
Contract Management Intern
to join our team in Milan. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing contractual aspects of international projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, minimize risks, and contribute to the success of our projects.

What You'll Do
As a Contract Management Intern, you will:

  • Assist in reviewing and summarizing contracts and related documentation.
  • Support the setup and maintenance of project databases and governance tools.
  • Help draft and review contractual correspondence, documents, and amendments.
  • Participate in internal meetings and contribute to team discussions.
  • Assist in preparing reports and contract-related presentations.
  • Support the implementation of contract management processes and tools.

What We're Looking For
Education & Language Skills:

  • Law degree.
  • Spanish: professional or native-level fluency.
  • English: strong written and spoken skills.
  • German or French is a plus.

Competencies & Attributes

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Effective communicator and team player.
  • Interest in contract management and international projects.
