Our Trade Finance team plays a pivotal role in facilitating international trade for our clients by offering innovative solutions. You will have the chance to work on impactful local and Global projects and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and enhance trade finance products and Assets in order to meet the evolving needs of our corporate clients. **What you'll be doing**: - Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute a product strategy for Trade Finance products, including defining the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategies - Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, participate in Local and Global Working Group with other Banks and Industry Stakeholders for Advocacy actions, in order to diversify our offerings - Customer Insights & Requirements: Collaborate with Sales Team to gather customers' feedback, translate them in customer needs and in product requirements to improve our product offering - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other Departments (e.g. Legal, Compliance, Digital, Operations teams) to ensure timely product delivery, adherence to quality standards and Global processes, leveraging the state of the art of Technology developments (e.g. AI, ML), and compliance with regulations - Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond from a Project Management perspective, also supporting in the strategy, design and testing of digital tools and platforms facilitating Trade Finance Business - Performance Tracking: Set measurable goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance, customer utilization, and market adoption - Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update internal stakeholders, senior leadership, on product / initiatives progress, challenges, and milestones **What you'll need to succeed**: - Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in global trade - Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Mindset: Motivated, curious, proactive and eager to learn about the complexities of trade finance - Technical Acumen: Basic understanding of trade finance instruments such as letters of credit, guarantees, and supply chain finance (preferred, but not required) **What you'll get in return**: - Graduate Program **About UniCredit Group**: - Die UniCredit ist eine paneuropäische Geschäftsbank mit einem einzigartigen Produkt - und Service-Angebot in Italien, Deutschland sowie Zentral - und Osteuropa.
