LE RISORSE SELEZIONATE DOVRANNO SVOLGERE LE SEGUENTI ATTIVITA':

- Risoluzione problematiche inerenti anomalie di prodotto dal post consegna.
- Assistenza técnica di II livello, gestione del reclamo.
- Ricontattare il cliente per analizzare il problema
- Assistenza configurazione decoder
- Supporto alla vendita - area clienti

REQUISITI:

- AUTOMUNITI /MOTO MUNITI
- CONOSCENZA DELLA LINGUA INGLESE per la gestione dei rapporti import/export
- COMPETENZA NELL'AMBITO ELETTRONICO- TECNOLOGICO
- Conoscenza informatica di base
- Pensiero analitico e orientato alla soluzione
- Abilità organizzative e gestionali
- Abilità comunicative
- Capacità d'ascolto
- Proattività e dinamicità
- Capacità di gestire il tempo in modo efficace
- Pazienza
- Attenzione ai dettagli

ORARIO DI LAVORO: 40h Full-Time
