Are you a real people’s person and is talking to potential customers your favorite way of spending a day at work? At FleuraMetz we have the perfect job for an inside Account Manager/Telephone Sales Professional. The phone is your main tool and your personality and persistence is your USP. Your will primarily be responsible for attracting new business and become their go-to person at FleuraMetz for all their flower needs. Location either in the UK or the Netherlands.

What you'll be doing
- Building your own portfolio of new customers (florists).
- You will be contacting potential customers on a daily base, enthusing them to start buying from you and look after their needs from there on.
- You will become your customers’ go-to person for all their flower queries and other requirements building up a long-term relationship with them.
- You will work closely with the sales support team and management to ensure a cohesive and effective sales strategy.

What we need from you
- Great personality and amazing energy, which you know how to transfer over the phone.
- Proven experience in telesales in the UK market or a similar sales role, with a focus on new business development.
- Be self-motivated and attentive to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- If you have flower knowledge, great If not, we’ll teach you.
