**The Role**
We have an exciting opportunity to join the WTW team in Milan as Associate Director Risk. We are looking for an individual who has broad risk management and consultancy experience to contribute to the growth and development of our services and to the delivery of risk management solutions to our clients.

You will have the following responsibilities:

- Responsible for the revenues of those clients within your portfolio
- Represent Willis Towers Watson (WTW) in client meetings
- Develop and engage with clients at both Board and operational levels on their strategic risk management
- Advise on transition risk identification and assessment
- Sell and engage with clients on risk assessment with the support of our dedicated analytical risk modelling teams
- Assist in the implementation of integrated strategic and operational risk management systems in complex decentralized global businesses, to assure good governance and oversight in reducing risk
- Contribute to the strategic development of WTW
- Essential to the relationship with more than one major client
- Maintain a comprehensive audit trail for all analytical work

**Requirements**:

- 10 years’ working experience in Risk management or consulting role
- Good understanding about the insurance market
- Demonstrated Projects management experience
- Proven experience successfully managing multiple projects and producing quality deliverables on time and within budget
- Strong client relationship, interpersonal and team skills
- Flexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong written and oral communication skills (Italian and English) including ability to summarise and present technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Degree (or equivalent)
- Availability to travel on an as needed basis
