La nostra azienda cliente è un’impresa emergente, attiva nel settore fashion & luxury goods.

Per supportare una veloce crescita degli organici e delle commesse di produzione, cerchiamo un profilo manageriale esperto di prodotto (settore leather goods) e con solide competenze commerciali.

**Sales & Operation Manager -Leather Goods**

Riportando alla direzione, gestirà le strategie di marketing e commerciali per la creazione di nuove partnership con aziende del settore fashion & luxury goods, assicurando la corretta gestione delle produzioni sia in termini di qualità che di tempistica e curando anche i contatti con i fornitori.

**Principali attività**
- Sviluppo commerciale e creazione di nuove partnership con brand attivi nel settore luxury goods
- Gestione del ciclo di sviluppo dei nuovi prodotti in termini di qualità e tempistiche rispettando le richieste del cliente
- Monitoraggio degli indicatori economico-finanziari (P&L e KPI)
- cura delle relazioni coi fornitori di materie prime e garanzia del rispetto delle tempistiche e degli standard qualitativi richiesti dal cliente e dalla commessa
- Analisi della concorrenza e il posizionamento nel mercato di riferimento

**REQUISITI**
- Inglese buono
- solide capacità relazionali, concretezza e flessibilità
- dinamismo e forte orientamento al risultato completano il profilo.
