**_Responsibilities:_**
- _Ensure the reliability of production and distribution plants/machines._
- _Identify assets requiring replacement and tasks related to modernization, updates, and upgrades._
- _Develop and monitor performance KPIs related to asset reliability._
- _Plan and execute ordinary maintenance in accordance with scheduling and technical safety regulations._
- _Coordinate emergency and extraordinary maintenance operations promptly._
- _Ensure the efficiency and reliability of equipment/machines._
- _Propose improvements in health, safety, and environmental aspects._
- _Support spare parts warehouse management._
- _Manage relationships with external suppliers._
- _Assist in managing contracts and tenders for spare parts, maintenance services, and investments._
- _Support the purchase of maintenance materials, equipment, and tools._

**_Requirements:_**
- Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field._
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance roles within multinational companies._
- Advanced knowledge of maintenance practices in production industries._
- Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS._
- Fluent in English._
