We are a growing team looking for a Team Lead Account Management to help us on our journey to revolutionise road freight logistics. You would join our Operations Team, based out of the Milan office and will report to the Head Of Operations.
This job position is open to persons registered in the list of protected categories pursuant to Law 68/99.

About The Role
As a Team Lead Account Management you will guide our team in managing clients’ daily communications. You will collaborate with different departments and handle several operational tasks with the aim to deliver the best quality service to our clients.
**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:
- Manage the account management team, driving full achievement of company targets and taking care of customer satisfaction;
- Act as the main point of contact for customer management by acting responsibly and promptly;
- Implement and develop effective action plans to ensure KPIs related to service quality are met;
- Maintain a system of key performance indicators useful for monitoring KPis;
- Conduct analysis about our customer network and propose actions to improve relationships and performance;
- Represent the company with ethics and integrity.
**PREFERABLY YOU HAVE**:
- 5 years experience in a freight forwarder or a logistics company (preferably in Transportation/Linehaul/Couriers);
- Experience in people management, especially in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high demanding clients;
- Experience in using data to analyze and track key metrics;
- A good knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Great attention to details and an organized approach;
- A proactive mindset and a great problem solver attitude;
- The ability to communicate fluently both in Italian and English.
