Palazzo Parigi Hotel & Grand SPA, struttura 5 stelle lusso nel cuore di Milano, è alla ricerca di un/una Events Supervisor Reservations ad integrazione del proprio dipartimento Eventi.

**La risorsa si occuperà di**:
Gestione delle richieste telefoniche e via mail;
Gestione delle attività di back office dell’ufficio eventi e supporto nella gestione operativa degli eventi;
Gestione di tutti gli aspetti burocratici dell’evento (contrattazione, contrattualizzazione, fatturazione e pagamento);
Supporto nella creazione del plan dell’evento e relativo coordinamento con i reparti coinvolti comunicando i dettagli dell'evento al fine di assicurare che le aspettative siano soddisfatte.

Preferibile esperienza nello stesso ruolo in contesti similari;
Livello buono di inglese (scritto e parlato);
Precisione ed attenzione al dettaglio;
Conoscenza del funzionamento del reparto F&B e Banqueting;
Preferibile conoscenza di Opera.

**Completano il profilo**: disponibilità, flessibilità (potrà capitare di lavorare di sera e/o nei weekend per supervisionare gli eventi) e capacità di lavorare sia in autonomia che in team.

Residenza e/o domicilio in loco o in zone limitrofe costituiranno titolo preferenziale.
