**Junior Sales Manager Industry**:
**Activities**
- Supporto al KAM nella preparazione di visite e meeting regolari con i clienti per tenersi aggiornati su progetti/attività, mantenendo contatti continuativi e proattivi con tutte le sue funzioni (acquisti, tecnici, produzione, ecc.) e porre le basi per una relazione professionale durevole
- Contributo all’analisi dei fabbisogni del mercato per generare nuove opportunità di business intercettando i bisogni del cliente
- Partecipazione operativa e supporto al processo di offerta: verifica della completezza della documentazione d’offerta; follow-up delle offerte e negoziazione ordini
- Comunicazione day by day da e verso i clienti
- Reporting: sotto la supervisione del KAM, monitoraggio e condivisione dei progetti e della situazione del mercato in modo da rendere le informazioni raccolte durante le attività sul campo fruibili all’interno dell’azienda
- Monitoraggio e registrazione dei dati della concorrenza
- Relazione con eventuali agenti

**Competencies**:

- Conoscenza dinamiche mercato industria, prodotti e applicazioni industriali
- Conoscenza Principi elettrotécnica
- Attitudine alla vendita per progetto/commessa
- Spirito imprenditoriale e abilità negoziali
- Capacità analitiche della concorrenza, della gamma prodotta e relativo collocamento sul mercato
- Pacchetto Office
- Lingua inglese fluente
- Disponibilità a trasferte in Italia

**Experience & Education**:

- Almeno 1-2 anni di esperienza in ruolo analogo
- Preferibile provenienza dal settore Componentistica Industriale: Quadristica, Energia.
- Laurea Ingegneria Elettrica ed Elettronica (triennale)
