Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Manager who can build strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and deliver the right solutions. The ideal candidate will manage ongoing accounts, resolve issues, and help drive new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with major clients
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Strengthen existing accounts by offering solutions that support their goals
• Ensure products and services are delivered on time
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
• Handle customer issues and complaints to maintain trust
• Contribute to new sales opportunities and long-term partnerships
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager
• Strong sales background with a focus on customer-based solutions
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and negotiation abilities
• Problem-solving mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
• Proficiency in English is preferred
