About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced
Business Development Manager
with strong expertise in the
forklift and battery/energy sector
. The ideal candidate will focus on driving business growth, managing key accounts, and developing strategic partnerships across the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in the forklift and battery industries.
- Manage existing client accounts and build long-term relationships based on trust and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and distribution channels.
- Provide technical guidance and solutions to clients, ensuring their operational needs are met.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to support management decisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations from pre-sales to after-sales support.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client visits.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in
forklift, battery, or energy-related industries
. - Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team and drive performance targets.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.
