Our client is a European tax free operator that specializes in promoting shopping tourism and sales tax/VAT refund to non E.U. residents. They provide state of the art technologies for point of sale solutions to department stores, high street retailers and independent boutiques respectively. They offer a fully customized service for their retailers and an unmatched customer service level through their offices and Account Managers across Europe.

Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to promote the client's business and expand their retail client network in Italy.

  • Promote client's VAT refund services in the assigned territory
  • Expand the network of client's partners in Italy by affiliating new stores (premium shops, small and medium size retailers, retail chains) 
  • Organize client's VAT refund tools and technologies training sessions for store / POS personnel 
  • Identify and approach new market segments with the objective of improving overall profitability
Qualifications
  • B.A. degree 
  • 3-5 years experience in sales or business development roles in companies providing services to retailers
  • Creative and self-motivated 
  • Fluent in Italian and English, or Italian and French
