**Mission**: Follow the scheduling process in order to create and allow the team to perform missions for projects, installations, or other service activities (maintenance, break-fix).

Support the field team in order to achieve the team goals, support the customer and cooperate with several Datalogic departments.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Plan, implement and maintain intervention scheduling at customer sites.
- Ensure to the Field Service Engineers to have all the technical and logístical details to complete the intervention successfully.
- Support Project Management
- Monitor time and costs of the planned projects.
- Produce KPI for the function
- Follow rigorously safety and security company procedures.
- Escalate to upper technical level problems that can’t be solved independently.
- Extend or help building a respectful relationship with customer by always adopting an exemplary attitude.

**REQUIREMENTS**

**EDUCATION (SCHOOL/SPECIALIZATION**): Technical School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering, Planning, Economics, Finance, and similar)

**LANGUAGES**: Italian, English

**EXPERIENCES**: At least 1-2 years of prior experience with established companies, automation field is a plus.
