**We are looking for a**:
GLOBAL BID & TENDER INTERN
The Global Bid & Tender Intern will be placed in the Global Tender Office, based in the Gi Group HQ, in order to actively support the Department by analysing and coordinating the administrative, technical and commercial aspects of the Tendering and Contract processes at global level. He/she will report to the Global Tender Office Director.
**ACTIVITIES**:

- Analysis of the tender conditions, in order to fully understand the tender requirements and the client’s needs;
- Delivery and monitoring of the bid management in order to guarantee the execution of the Gi Group global tender process in the deadlines provided and following the customer framework;
- Support the Gi Group countries in the cost and price calculation - checking alignment with the bid’s requests;
- Keeping all tender process paperwork up to date (data entry);
- Creation and update of the Tenders’ library, building a knowledge base of bids and tenders;
- Once the offer is sent to the client, he/she acts as a point of contact for the customer (together with the sales director in charge of the account) to provide further information and explanations;
- Back office support for global sales & tender departments.

**MAIN STAKEHOLDERS**:

- INTERNAL

HQ. Collaboration and negotiation with Global Departments (with a specific focus to the Sales, Solutions, Legal and Finance Departments) to verify the bid’s administrative and technical task;
Countries. Country Managers, Business Managers, and Local Tender Offices.
- EXTERNAL

Corporate clients. HR Department and Procurement Team.
**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Master Degree (Economics, Law, or Engineering);
- Fluent English;
- MS Office proficiency, with particular focus on Excel and PowerPoint;
- Result orientation, adaptability and leadership;
- Analyticaland data driven approach;
- Time management;
- Good communication skills and capability to relate with different functions within the Group (national and international environment);
- Sales approach.
