**Job Description**:
Your **to-do list**:

- ** Uploading and monitoring media plans** through media tools like AdBox in order to handle invoices and control budget;
- ** Conducting competitive analysis **for different clients through media tools like Fusion/Nielsen/AdIntel in order to keep under control the media investments of the different markets and to better understand competitor activities andspending;
- Dealing with advertising publishers for collecting and sending all the information regarding adv materials (**radio & press**);
- Coordination with **creative agencies** for adv materials;
- Booking media plans of offline media, radio and print after a plan is approved by the client, proceed to the confirmation to the client in order to go live/on air.

**Starcom** is looking for a **Media Assistant - Internship **for its **Bologna** office (with the availability of visiting periodically our **Milan** office)

You'll be involved in the **Media Planning Unit** and you'll support the Team and report directly to a **Media Manager.**

**Qualifications**:
If **you have**:

- A study background in **Media/Advertising/Communication**;
- Confidence with **PowerPoint and Excel**;
- Strong detail orientation;
- Good command of written and spoken **English**.

If **you are**:

- A quick learner;
- A team player;
- Curious and proactive
