Role Purpose:
Management of Technical Publications development and update.

Main Accountabilities and Activities:
Management of Subcontractors involved in the maintenance Tech Pubs preparation (activities planning, assignment and control), including:

- design data retrieval and analysis;
- support to procedures development;
- support to new configurations/kits implementation;
- fulfillment of contractual requirements.

Management of Tech Pubs improvements.
Management of internal and external Customers queries.

Main interfaces:
LH Engineering Organization (CPE, Technical Departments, etc.) and Vendors for data retrieval and analysis.
LH Product / Customer Support Management for Tech Pubs planning and budgeting.
LH Procurement for Tech Pubs outsourcing.
Subcontractors for Tech Pubs development.
Other PSE functions for Tech Pubs distribution, improvement, tools development, etc..
Customers / Authorities for management of acceptance phases and feedbacks.

Requested Skills:

- Fluent English (both spoken and written).
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Problem solving attitude
- Organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong proactivity and self-motivation.
