Site Administrator

Responsibilities:
Timesheet verification with work orders/man hours
Data entry for safety
Audit safety tickets
Update crew lists.
Create material requisitions
Resolve employee’s payroll issues.
Process paperwork for terminated employees.
Prepare daily force reports.
Go between site and head office
Complete other administrative duties and reports as directed by the Site Manager and Project Administration Manager
**Qualifications**:
High school Diploma
2-4 years’ administrative construction experience
Advanced computer skills specifically in MS Excel, MS Word and SAP a asset
Highest standard of professional ethics, confidentiality, and integrity
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities, capable of handling pressure and challenges
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks independently with strong time management skills to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships
Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills, including effective prioritization and follow up
Self-motivated, action oriented and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment or independently on routine tasks with a positive attitude and exceptional customer service
Demonstrates a sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals; ability to work in a challenging, fast paced environment
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Work Location: On the road
