As a FP&A and CFC Analyst you'll focus on:

- Monthly Financial closing process for management reporting with specific focus on CFC
- Responsible for CFC elements in the monthly close including processing and analysis of the accruals/releases/JEs
- Monitoring CFC performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing causes of variances vs. budget, forecast and prior year
- Business partner to all company functions with CFC budget (assist with budget management and insight, POs, recharges)
- Build CFC bottom-up forecast and own details
- Participate in Month-end reporting with Gross Margin analysis and Brand performance analysis
- Involvement in Productivity workstream
- REQUIREMENTS- Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA and /or CPA is considered a plus
- At least 1 year of experience in FP&A, in a multinational company (FMCG preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel and hands-on working experience of SAP is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, decision-making and analytical abilities, verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English (an International experience during the studies or work is highly valued, as well as a second foreign language)
- Entrepreneurial skills in terms of innovation and problem solving are key along with tenacity, tough-mindedness and ability to influence and demonstrate strong team working abilities and commitment
