PACIFICO è un format di alta ristorazione che abbina l’offerta culinaria peruviana nikkei ad un’atmosfera internazionale, divertente, raffinata e al tempo stesso casual.

Il/La Pastry Chef deve proporre e realizzare la linea dessert coordinandosi con il Company Chef. E’ responsabile della preparazione dei dessert durante il servizio e della verifica della loro qualità, compresa la presentazione degli stessi.

IL/LA CANDIDATO/A IDEALE POSSIEDE I SEGUENTI REQUISITI:

- Padronanza delle competenze specifiche del ruolo e nello specifico:

- Verificare costantemente la qualità degli ingredienti e che le ricette siano sempre eseguite secondo gli standard definiti
- Calcolare e rispettare i parametri di food cost di ogni ricetta
- Rispettare gli standard sanitari imposti da ASL e HACCP
- Occuparsi della conservazione e manutenzione del locale (macchinari, arredi e materiali)
- Spiegare i dessert ai colleghi di sala/bar/accoglienza
- Ottime capacità di lavorare in team
- Buona conoscenza dell’inglese
- Solida etica lavorativa
- Disponibile a lavorare anche nei weekend
