**Position**: Administrative Assistant with a broad focus ranging from sales, procurement, regulatory to administrative tasks
**Location**: Milan, Italy
The resource will be placed within the Milan office and supports the administrative area in managing customer orders up to customer invoicing including the consequent management of sales agents.
It will therefore support the commercial and accounting back-office in verifying and congruence of the information managed on the company management system and the related detailed reporting.
The incumbent also supports the team in drafting offers and public tenders and will be involved in a fast-changing environment and in a rapidly growing market.
In your role you support the Administrative Area in various activities. You also work with customers as well as vendors and you the support back-office in customer order management and post-sales activities.
Your tasks are
- Organizational and administrative practices;
- Inventories of customer deposit accounts;
- Offers to private customers and tenders for public customers;
- After-sales customer relationship management
- Use of the company database in order management and related document archiving
- holds a Diploma preferably in business administration or similar
- is fluent in English (written and verbal)
- has practical skills in Excel (e.g. for evaluation of inventories) & Word
- Is familiar with using MS-Office

- are able to communicate openly with various people and internal interfaces such as regulatory, finance and customers from different offices and countries
- work precisely and accurately
- manage your tasks on your own, set deadlines and follow-ups in order to fulfill your tasks

Contract information
- Contract terms: full-termin internship position
- Contract duration: Initially 6 months with the possibility of a further extension
- Salary: €900.00 per month + meal ticket
