**Tolling Development & New Project Expert**:
Per Ideare, sviluppare e far evolvere a 360° il portafoglio prodotti e servizi di telepedaggio per il segmento Consumer assicurandone la Sostenibilità Economica, elevati standard di qualità in particolare per quanto riguarda la Customer Experience e l’Innovazione come forti fattori differenzianti sul mercato, siamo alla ricerca di un **Tolling Development & New Project Expert**:
**Principali responsabilità e attività**:
- Definire e realizzare nuovi prodotti e servizi afferenti al core business del Telepedaggio (Tolling) sia in Italia che all’Estero;
- Gestire la manutenzione ed aggiornamento del portafoglio dei prodotti e servizi esistenti gestendone tutto il ciclo di vita (definizione del concept e canali di distribuzione/vendita, analisi del target e mercato, stesura del business plan previa definizione del pricing e scontistiche, supporto alla definizione della strategia di lancio commerciale, monitoraggio dei target, eventuale phase-out) coerentemente con la strategia aziendale;
- Presidiare, guidare e verificare lo stato di avanzamento delle attività necessarie allo sviluppo dei prodotti e servizi con gli altri dipartimenti aziendali; in particolare ma non solo con dipartimento Legale, Marketing e Commerciale. Specificatamente al Marketing contribuire alla definizione e implementazione delle iniziative di go-to-market e comunicazione
- Gestire, verificare e monitorare lo stato end-to-end di sviluppo delle richieste verso i dipartimenti tecnologici propedeutici sia al lancio di nuovo prodotto e servizio o alla manutenzione ed aggiornamento dei prodotti e servizi già presenti sul mercato;
- Redigere e aggiornare la documentazione relativa ai processi di business sottostanti sia la Customer Journey dei prodotti e servizi che la relazione con i Partner (es. schema o diagramma di processo con evidenza delle touch point e interazioni, processi di revenue sharing e commissioning verso i partner commerciali e merchant);
- Identificare i KPI chiave dei prodotti e servizi assegnati e monitorarne l’andamento definendo e implementando di conseguenza gli opportuni action plan.
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea in Economia o Ingegneria;
- Conoscenze in Product Management, Project Management and Program Management Office, Customer Experience Digitale, P&L management attraverso la definizione di business case;
- Passione e interesse per la tecnologia e il digitale;
- Eccellenti skills di comunicazione scritta e orale in italiano e in inglese. Il francese è un plus;
- Orientamento al cliente finale e capacità di comprenderne i bisogni;
- Orientamento al risultato e alle relazioni;
- Ottimo spirito di team working e iniziativa personale;
- Preferibile esperienza/conoscenza delle metodologie di lavoro e sviluppo agile e design thinking.
