**Construction Project Manager**

**Workplace: Ferentino**

**English: Communicative required**

**Your responsibilities**:
Supervising the overall work on site of the project and ensuring proper timely execution of all construction operations
Ensuring compliance on site with safety, health, and quality standards
Ensuring all legal requirements, building and safety codes, inspections, and governmental regulations are met
Coordinating, planning and supervising different work packages and contractors to ensure an integrated approach
Supporting design team to develop all required documents (drawings, specifications, guidelines and standards)
Assisting in the creation of all required project schedules, evaluating progress, and presenting detailed schedule reports
Supporting the project team in solicitation and procurement of subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and materials
Ensuring the implementation of project specific quality control and quality assurance plans in accordance with corporate policy
Performing due diligence and entitlement duties as required
Supporting in obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities as required
Building and maintaining market relevant relationships
Supervising and mentoring subordinate staff and provide constructive feedback
Resolving on-site issues and emergencies
Reporting to Project Director on progress, liaising with Local and corporate NewCold organization representatives

**Who are we looking for?**
Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
At least 10 years of relevant experience
Evidence of a strong background in Project and Construction Management
Willing to be on site full time
Comfortable working in a dynamic work environment
Proficient in Italian and English
In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles, as well as Italian buidling regulations and legal requirements
Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
Working knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with scheduling software such as P6 and Microsoft Project
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
A team player with leadership abilities
